Fall Festival

 

Welcome!!  We are excited that you have chosen to participate in our Festival,

Saturday September 13th!!

10am-10pm

Craft and Commercial Business vendor spaces are $50 for a 12 x12 space. 

 

Vendors must supply their own Tent (with adequate weights), Tables, and Chairs. 

 NOTE: Unfortunately, power is not available!

If you wish to bring a generator, please specify that upfront.  Only small, quiet, inverter generators are allowed.

 

Setup times for Craft Vendors are on Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00am. 

 

Vendor Parking is located at the Presbyterian Church across the street from the Station.

 

When you arrive, we ask that you unload & immediately

 

move your car to the designated parking lot, then come back to setup. 

 

NO vehicles will be allowed to park along Main Street, nor allowed on the field area outside of these setup times. 

It’s imperative that we ensure safety for all!!

​And vendors arriving outside of these “setup” times will need to park in the designated area and walk their items in.

 

 Vendors are welcome to stay until 10pm, however, if you would like to leave early you will be able to breakdown and carry your items out before 5pm.​While doing so, please be respectful of patrons around you to not block site of entertainment on stage or being loud and disruptive.

 

Once your application is received, the Events Committee reserves the right to approve or refuse any applications.  Once approved, you will be notified and invoiced through square. Payment can be made via cash in person, Venmo (@hodges40) or checks made payable to HCFD

Pets are allowed, but they MUST be on a leash.  Please always maintain cleanliness and ensure they don’t cause a nuisance to others.
